Valetine Mini Session (Surprise for Mom!)

I snapped a few pictures of these great boys today!  They are fantastic boys!  We did a surprise Valentine session for their Mom.  I really enjoyed these two.  They decided all the wanted to do was smile, so smile they did! Great joy K&L!

Valentine Mini Session - Dean and Cora

I love this family, and I love to photography these kiddos!  They are such easy subjects, and I'm so blessed to shoot them.  Dad and I came up with an idea for Mom, a mini session with the kids.  A special Valentine's treat!  I grabbed a few things and let the camera do the rest of the work.  I love how much fun these two have and I love capturing it!  Happy Valentine's Day Jen!

Valentine's Day - Heidi

I have previous had the opportunity to shoot this family.  I think they are wonderful.  I love little Heidi's spirit and I was able to capture it through the lens today.  We have a quick mini session and she came up with a lot of her own stuff!  So fun.  I can't wait to photography this family again!

It's a .... BOY!

I had the privilege to photography a friend's gender reveal party.  She and her husband already have a little boy, and are expecting a new bundle of joy.  I was excited to catch the moment the balloon was popped and the gender was revealed.  This wonderful couple made my job easy, and fun!  Congratulations Tim and Alli!

Test subject: Cameron and Valentine's Day props

I picked up a few things for some mini-session I am doing.  I decided to use my ever faithful test subject:  Cameron.  He HATES this, he's like me and wants to be behind the camera.  So, I gave him a few things and told him to do whatever he wanted.  As you can see, he only cooperated a little bit.  He is crazy fun, so I just snapped while he enjoyed being himself.  I love how funny his facial expression get.  What a hoot!  Enjoy!

Snow day fun day!

Cameron LOVES the snow.  He loves to play in it, throw it, shovel it, and especially eat it.  We had to shovel the driveway the other day (we wanted to help Daddy) so I figured I would let Cam play in the snow while I shoveled.  Little did I know it would turn into a snowball fight.  Soon, I was being pelted with snowballs.  I grabbed my camera and let him chase me.  Here are the results of the craziness that ensued.  Love it, love him.

Rest, Renew, Restore
